Low Sodium Summer Harvest Pasta Primavera

· · · · ·

You will love this Low Sodium summer harvest pasta primavera! Sweet tomatoes, crisp zucchini, and leafy spinach are tossed with perfectly cooked organic pasta and crumbled feta for a light but satisfying meal.

Being a country girl at heart, I always look forward to this time of year. It’s funny because when I was young and had to help harvest the garden, can, and freeze the extras for winter, I didn’t love it. Now, living in the suburbs, I miss all that fresh food. So, when the Farmer’s Markets are bursting with produce, I get inspired.
