How To Put It all Together

  1. Heat the Skillet: Place a skillet over medium heat and spay with Olive Oil or Avocado Spray. Allow it to heat up, ensuring the entire surface is coated.
  2. Vegetable Symphony: Toss in the chopped vegetables and sauté until they are tender yet still vibrant. This is the perfect time to let your creativity shine by experimenting with different combinations of vegetables.
  3. Meat Reunion: Introduce the leftover meat to the skillet, allowing it to join the vegetable party. Stir well to combine the flavors.
  4. Bring in the Carbs: Add the cooked pasta, rice, or quinoa to the skillet, giving your dish substance and texture. Mix everything thoroughly to ensure an even distribution of ingredients.
  5. Season to Perfection: Sprinkle No Salt Garlic Herb seasoning, red pepper flakes, and any additional herbs over the skillet. Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed. Don’t be afraid to get creative with spices that complement the flavors of your leftovers.
  6. Optional Cheesy Goodness: For an extra indulgence, sprinkle grated cheese over the top. Cover the skillet for a few minutes until the cheese melts and forms a delicious golden crust.
  7. Serve and Enjoy: Plate your 2nd Chance Skillet, garnish with fresh herbs, and serve immediately. Revel in the satisfaction of turning leftovers into a mouthwatering masterpiece.
